On the afternoon of Wednesday 2nd March 2011, H called me at work. She and S had looked at her CT scan. It showed cancer. Could I come home in case the hospital wanted to do more tests and the children needed picking up from school?
I took the next train.

Race for Life
H ran the local "Race for Life" 5k yesterday - not as fast as last year, but very probably faster than anyone else in the middle of a 3-week Caelyx cycle. It was important to her, and I was proud of her, again.
